(Only for undergraduate students and those graduated but not yet linked to graduate programs).
Proposals for banner presentations will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
They should be formulated by undergraduates and/or those who graduated (not yet linked to a graduate program) who are conducting research projects under the guidance of a research advisor.
Each proposal may have a maximum of 02 participants. Each one must pay an application fee. There will be no fee refund under any circumstances.
Proposals should be sent by 02/12/2021.
The form is available here. The proposal summary must be e-mailed to email@example.com (Subject field: “BANNER REGISTRATION”) in a Word file (as instructed below) along with proof of payment(s).
The proposal summary must follow the format:
Name of author(s) with their institutional affiliations (including research funding agency).
Name of research advisor(s).
Title, size 12, uppercase, bold, centered.
Summary containing objectives, research justification, and sources of work with at least 600 and maximum 1,200 characters with space, editable text, Times New Roman, size 12, 1.5 spacing and justified alignment.
From 03 to 06 keywords, bold, justified alignment.
Proposals will only be received with the simultaneous submission of all requested information and payment receipt(s).
Approved proposals will be notified with instructions to prepare the banner.
