The proposals for Panels, Roundtables, and Minicourses will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.

Instructions for Mini-course proposals
Mini-course proposals must comply with the criterion of excellence concerning the proposed topic.
The proposals can be presented for, at most, two scholars, one of them with at least a Master’s degree. Mini-course proposals may have a secondary instructor who must have, at least, a Bachelor’s degree.
The Mini-courses will be 6-hour long.
The proposals must contain:
Title of the Mini-course;
An abstract containing the title, objectives, and justification with at least 500 characters with space in editable text format, Times New Roman font, size 12. Course load, contents to be taught, and basic bibliography should also be included.
Receipt of payment from the instructor(s) (e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org).(One receipt of payment for each participant)

There will be no refund of the registration payment under any circumstances.
The announcement of the approved panels, roundtables, and mini-courses shall be released up to 01/20/2020.
The organizing Committee will designate the dates of Panels and Roundtables according to the availability of rooms throughout the four days of the event.
By submitting proposals for Panel, Roundtables, and Mini-courses, proponents declare to accept the conditions described above.
